We offer free of charge appointments with our Patient Care Co-ordinator, Phoebe. Phoebe joined the team as an apprentice in 2017, before becoming a qualified dental nurse in 2019. She enjoys her leadership role, helping to support the trainee nurses. She has also completed a Certificate in Dental Radiography in 2023.
As part of our provision of a high-quality patient experience, Phoebe works closely with our patients and dentists to help ensure treatment planning and implementation runs smoothly and is here to help patients understand the treatment they are having and associated costs.

New Patients
We have recently implemented a ‘new patient check in’ process, to support our new patients. This involves a member of our team calling you, or sending you an email, to check in with you before your new patient appointment if you have booked online. Our friendly team are here to make sure we offer bespoke care and support from your very first appointment. We want to ensure you are matched with the right dentist for you, and therefore able to offer you the best treatment moving forward.

We encourage all of our patients to book their next appointment before they leave, ensuring appointment times that work with your schedule. Booking ahead also means that we are seeing you regularly and practicing preventative care.
