Our New Website

As you will be able to tell, we have had a bit of a change here at Sandygate. Our website has had a makeover, as well as our reception area and the front of the building. As your local dentist in Sheffield, we always work hard to support all of our patients. With that in mind, we have included some great accessibility features on our new website.

What’s Different?

When you go onto our website, there is a a little ‘person’ on the bottom left hand side of every page. It should look like this:

You can then click on this to see all of the accessibility options available:

This means that you will be able to choose what options best suit you and your needs.

Options include:

• Changing the colour contrast
• Highlighting links
• Making the text bigger
• Spacing the text to most suit you
• Pausing animations
• Hiding images
• Changing the cursor size
• Line height adjustments
• Text alignment options
• Saturation options

Dyslexia

There is also an option to adjust the website font to be most suitable for people with Dyslexia. This font has been researched and designed specifically for people with Dyslexia.
